The following terms and conditions pertain to your registration for and participation or attendance in events—including but not limited to seminars, conferences, workshops and consulting services—conducted by The Asklepaedia (USA) LLC (hereafter known as ‘Asklepaedia’). By registering for any of the events (hereafter known as ‘Programme’), you (hereafter known as ‘Registrant’) denote your acceptance of and obligation to these terms and conditions. If you have objections to the following terms and conditions, you should not register for or attend the Programme.

In order for your booking to be processed, you must sign the Terms and Conditions of attendance by ticking the box agreeing to them on your online or manual Registration Form. Except for on-site registration, your place is not guaranteed until you have received e-mail confirmation, which should be sent out within 2 business days after online registration or receipt of faxed or mailed Registration Form. However, confirmation of registration may take longer if the payment method is personal cheque (check).

Acceptable forms of payment include:

  • credit/debit card
  • PayPal
  • cheque (check) made payable to The Asklepaedia (USA) LLC—not applicable to on-site registration. (Cheques should be received at least 7 calendar days before the first day of a live event—not counting the first day of the Programme. Therefore cheques will not be accepted for on-site registration.)

  • cash (applicable only to on-site registration)

If applicable, cheques (checks) or money orders should be mailed to The Asklepaedia (USA) LLC, 2043 West 35th Street, Chicago, Illinois 60609, USA. All fees must be paid in full and the confirmation of receipt of funds must be made prior to attending the Programme.

Registration fees do not include costs of transportation or accommodation.

Cancellation of Registration

Cancellations received at least 14 calendar days before the first day of a live event (not counting the first day of the event) will be eligible for refund, subject to a US$50.00 administrative fee. Cancellations should be made via e-mail to office@Asklepaedia.us . If a registration is made less than 14 days before the first day of a live event, no refund can be made. Substitute attendees are welcome at no extra charge but notification of any substitutions must be made via e-mail to office@Asklepaedia.us no later than 7 days before the first day of a live event.
